Mission Statement

Our mission is to reduce the potential for life and property losses from potential wildland- urban interface fires by providing all property owners of the Ranch at Prescott with the ability and knowledge to reduce the potential risk(s) associated with excess brush or dead trees on their respective properties.

This is the Ranch's 2022 NFPA Certificate. It entitles Ranch homeowners a discount on their Homeowner's policy with some insurance companies. Ranch homeowners need to check with their insurance carrier to see if they qualify for a discount.
